These terms cover use of Christmas Dance AI. The homepage example clips are references, not videos this app generated.

The service

The app is being wired for photo-based dance jobs. Until a generation key is configured, it does not render a video. Until a Stripe test key is configured, it does not take payment.

Your photos

You may upload only your own photo, a photo of an adult who agreed, or your own pets. Do not upload a child, a celebrity, or a stranger. Outputs, when generation exists, are not a claim that the people or pets performed the dance.

Credits

Credit amounts in the sandbox catalog are accounting units, not a confirmed retail price. A failed job is written to return its credits. See the refunds page.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. AI output, when enabled, can be wrong. We do not promise quality, speed, or a particular likeness.
